June Camps

Session 1:  June 8th-11th
No Child Indoors Adventure Camp (Grades 2-5)
Tired of being indoors? Then you should sign up for No Child Indoors Adventure Camp and have your own adventure this summer. Children will be participating in several fun outdoor activities, learn about the benefits of staying active, explore the food groups, read outdoors, and go on a nature scavenger hunt.             
Session 1:  Maring Hunt Library, June 8th-11th, 10am-1pm

Session 2:  June 22nd-25th
Art Camp (Grades 2-5)
Bring out the inner artist in you this summer and sign up for Art Camp!  Let your imagination soar as you paint, draw, and create delightful masterpieces. Several art media will be explored, including paint, clay, and collage. Participants will also get the opportunity to explore masterpieces created by famous artists and learn about the artists.   
Session 2:  Maring Hunt Library, June 22nd-25th, 1pm-4pm

July Camps

Session 3:  July 13th-16th
Dollars and Sense Camp (Grades 4-5)
Do you wish you had more money?  Join us for our Dollar and Sense Camp and learn all about money in the bank, how to make money, how to build a business, how to recognize deceptive advertising, and much more.  Each day the children will participate in exciting hands-on activities and use computer software to build their own make-believe business. 
Session 3:  Maring Hunt Library, July 13th-16th, 1pm-4pm

Session 4:  July 27th-30th
Reduce, Reuse, Recycle, READ!!! (Grades 2-5)
Join us this summer as we work together to learn how to make our environment a better place.  We will turn trash into treasure by making art projects out of everyday trash, help clean up a park, explore the benefits of recycling, read different book about our environment, and learn how to make a solar oven out of a cardboard box. 
Session 4:  Maring Hunt Library, July 27th-30th, 10am-1pm
